I needed to make a card for my Mom for Mother's Day. She loves flowers so I decided to add flowers to her card in bright colors. I'm entering this card in the Frosted Designs Brad Challenge since I used brads for the flower centers.
How To:
I used my scrap paper and the Tim Holtz tattered flowers sizzix die to make the flowers. I also used the swiss dots cuttlebug folder on the petals to give them a little more detail. I used SU stamping spots to highlight the dots and edges on the flowers. then, I printed "Happy Mother's Day" on SU Whisper White cardstock and cut it out using my spellbinders rectangle die. The ribbon came from my stash. The pink card is from Recollections.
I love the way it turned out and I can't wait to give it to my Mom.
Hope you enjoy the rest of your week.
